MF881 Silicone Structural Sealant
Introduction:
MF881 is two-component, room temperature cured, high elasticity and high modulus silicone sealant with curing time adjustable. The sealant has excellent adhesion to most building materials without priming paints and outstanding resistance to air aging.

Methods of Application:
1. Surface-cleaning
For good adhesion, the surface must be clean and dry without dust. Masking tape should be used for preventing contamination and be got rid of after sealing.
2. Cleaning technology
Neat cloth with lint-free (or clean, white, lint-free, cotton cloths).
Such solvents as allotropic-propanol, butanone, dimethyl benzene, etc.
Apply ?two-cloth? cleaning.
A. Use a white clean lint-free cloth dipped in the solvents to wipe the areas to be attached.
B. Use the second one to wipe off the remained cleaning solvents on surface before volatilization.
C. The surface is often injected within an hour after wash in case of twice contamination .The surface (washed already) which cannot be injected sealant in time should be cleaned again before injecting.
D. Solvents should be poured out from the container while dipping solvents, but not put the cloth in the container to soak in case of contamination; The cloth used should be changed in time.
E. No burning in the area using solvents, keep good ventilation.
3. Mixture:
MF881 should be mixed in the sealed mixing equipment, at the weight ration of 12:1 (Com A: Com B). The ratio can be changed between 11:1 and 14:1 to adjust the curing time.
4. Restriction
Apply the sealant according to The Application Standard of Silicone Structural Sealant.
Not applicable in the following circumstances:
1. Any building materials exuding grease, plasticizer or solvent.
2. Vulcanized or semi-vulcanized rubber.
3. The area where other sealant is applied.
4. The joint which undertake structural intensity, suffering excessive rub or physical destroy.
5. Frosted or humid surface.
Attention:
1. Do a test on compatibility and adhesive property of project materials before using.
2. Com B should not be open to the air for a long time because it will react with water in the air.
3. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water;
4. Avoid contacting with skins for a long time
5. Avoid contaminating food, medicine or cosmetics.
Storage:
The shelf-life will be 12 months stored in cool, dry and ventilated places below 27°C.
Transportation:
MF881 is non-dangerous, can be transported by train, automobile, ship and plane.

MF881 Silicone Structural Sealant includes Com A and Com B which is provided at the weight ratio of 12:1.
