MF890 Silicone Sealant
Introduction:
MF890 is one component, neutral cured especially for the common assembly and weatherproofing sealing. It will produce good adhesion to most non-porous building materials without priming paint.
Characteristics:
Neutral cured, no corrosion to building materials.
Excellent adhesion to most building materials without priming paint.
Good resistance to air aging.
Purposes:
Mainly applied in waterproofing sealing for all kinds of win-doors, glasses and other non-porous building materials.

Methods of Application:
1. The surface must be clean, dry and free of all traces of grease and dust.
2. Injecting the sealant by hand-operated or compressed-air caulking gun ,fill the sealant in the joints and then amend .For better appearance, cover outside of the joint areas with masking tape before application. Remove the masking tape immediately after finishing.
Restriction:
Not applicable in the following circumstances:
1. Weatherproofing and waterproofing sealing for the joints of curtain wall.
2. Any dirty surface with remnants.
3. Closed or unventilated area.
4. The area where is immerged in water or humid all the year round.
5. The joint which the ground is liable to suffer excessive rub or physical destroy. 6. Frosted or humid surface.
Attention:
1. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
2. Avoid contacting with skin for long time.
3. Avoid contaminating food, medicine, cosmetics.
Storage:
The shelf life will be 12 months stored in cool, dry and ventilated places below 27°C.

Transportation:
MF890 is non-dangerous, can be transported by train, automobile, ship and plane.
